Ishome - Confession [2013]

A long-awaited debut album by Russia-based young girl/artist Mirabella Ishome Kiryanova. "Confession" - that's the name, post-everything-tronic - that's the style. She cuts, slices, play, programs and mixes it all together by herself making a soothing mixture of complex broken beats, ambient atmos, quirky pop vocals and ground moving grooves. In "Confession" we see Ishome in her best. With loads of quotations from different genres and subs she keep a firm paw on her sounding so you could easily know - who's that. Death Ledger - Lost And Looking EP [2013]

Death Ledger is the Toronto-based side project of Kevin Donnelly, synth player and founding member of Birthday Girls. Death Ledger’s distinctive gothic sound draws from influences such as Crystal Castles, Salem, Clams Casino, James Blake, and Holy Other. Released in October 2012, Death Ledger’s debut EP has been described as a combination of witch house, post-dubstep, and chillwave. Death Ledger’s most recent EP, ‘Lost And Looking’, is out now and available for free download. The release includes 2 original tracks and a remix of Drake’s “Doing It Wrong”. Py - Polyethers

Since releasing her debut mixtape 'Tripping On Wisdom' that featured collaborations with the likes of George Fitzgerald, Throwing Snow and Breton, Py has been hard at work in the studio carefully crafting beautiful pop songs, of which the bittersweet 'Polyethers' is a fine example. 'Polyethers' is a song about the cyclical nature of falling in love. Out on June 30 via Champion Records, make sure you look out for a Jimmy Edgar remix coming in the next few weeks too!

Ghosts - WLVS EP + Benjha Remix

Dublin gloomy two-step/garage duo, Ghosts (a.k.a. Kevin Gleeson and Padraig Ryan), recently released their impressive "WLVS EP" via Champion Sound Music. In this package, the young producers deliver a set of four tracks that straddle across genres and expertly present something both uniquely haunting and endlessly intriguing. Below, you can watch the official video for the title track, that features real wolves and tells the story of a young wolf trying to escape the pack to be with someone he truly loves. Available on Belfast Champion Sound label on digital and 12″ vinyl. Two non-ep tracks, "You Feel Lonely" and "I Love Someone Else", are still available for free download here and here. Dark Sky - In Brackets EP [2013]

Dark Sky released their latest EP, In Brackets, via vinyl-only Brooklyn label Mister Saturday Night and now, the EP can be streamed in full, below. As to be expected, the four-track EP finds the London trio delivering a collection of tunes with a pensive core but still rife with melodies and even a few poignant jazz touches.
